This section has the Hazard Mitigation Plan that was published 11/2004. Click on the HMP link below and save it to your hard drive. Once downloaded, double click on the file. The file is zipped and will automatically extract the zipped files into a directory called "C:\FC-HMP\" onto your hard drive. The files are Adobe .pdf files. This is a LARGE document about 4.0 Mb  Appendix C, which encompasses all the resolutions from the various jurisdictions, has been removed because of it large size (roughly 12 Mb). If you would like a copy of this Appendix, contact our office at (509) 545-3546 and we will make arrangements to provide you a copy.

This section has the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) that was published September 2007. This is a large download (5 Mb) and the file is an Adobe .pdf document. The Franklin County CEMP will be reviewed/edited periodically.

This section has the MCI Plan that was published 02/2008. The file is an Adobe .pdf document.

This section has a sample Day Care Emergency Plan. This is a good template for daycare providers to start their emergency planning process. This plan template is a generic starting point and needs to be updated and changed for each individual day care provider. FCEM provides this document as a reference point to start from and assumes no responsibility or liability for this documents use by any day care provider. Click on the Day Care Plan link below and save it to your hard drive. Once downloaded, double click on the file. The file was created in MicroSoft Word format.

This section has the Family Emergency Preparedness Plan, provided by the American Red Cross (ARC) 6/96 REV. 3. Click on the Family Emergency Preparedness Plan link below and save it to your hard drive. Once downloaded, you will need to open the file with Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, we have a link to Adobe's website, for a download of that program. The link is towards the bottom of this section.
